Privacy Policy

Seatline is a read-only price comparison service for live event tickets. This policy explains what we collect when you use Seatline through an AI agent such as Muse, what we do with it, and what we never touch.

What we collect

• Search parameters passed to us by your agent — performer, team, venue, city, date range, quantity and seating preferences.
• Watch configurations — the event you asked us to monitor, your price threshold, and how long the watch should run.
• A connector token that identifies your Seatline account so watches persist between sessions.
• Technical request data — timestamps, IP address, and request metadata, used for rate limiting and abuse detection.

What we do not collect

• Payment information. Seatline does not process transactions. We never receive card numbers, billing addresses or payment credentials.
• Marketplace credentials. We never ask for or store your Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek or other marketplace logins.
• Your email, calendar, contacts, messages or files. Seatline requests no access to these, and an agent connecting to Seatline is not granting access to them.
• Your identity. We do not require a name, email address or phone number to use the service.

How we use it

Search parameters are used to answer the request you made. Watch configurations are stored so we can keep checking prices and report changes back to your agent. Technical request data is used to keep the service available and to detect abuse. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your searches to train machine learning models.

Who we share it with

• Ticket data sources. To answer a query we send the relevant search terms — such as performer and date — to marketplace APIs and licensed data providers. We do not pass along your connector token or any identifier that links a query back to you.
• Infrastructure providers that host and operate the service, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requests, where we are required by law to respond. We will seek to notify you where we are permitted to do so.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

How long we keep it

Search parameters and technical request data are retained for 30 days and then deleted. Watch configurations are retained until you cancel the watch or it expires. If you disconnect Seatline from your agent, we delete your associated watches and connector token within 30 days.

Your choices

You can cancel any watch at any time through your agent. You can revoke Seatline's access entirely from your agent's connector settings, which stops all data collection immediately. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to appeal a decision we make about such a request.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connector tokens are stored hashed. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it and is logged.

Children

Seatline is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the associated records.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the effective date above and, where the change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, surface a notice through the connector before the change takes effect.
